Dispatch & Delivery
All orders received by 12 midday (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day.
Most items are sent via Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Heavier or high-value orders are shipped via DHL.

If we have made a mistake, please contact us so we can resolve the issue immediately.
For most items, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them. This does not apply to items that have been altered at your request, returned with missing parts, or show signs of being used.
If you wish to return goods under this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in reasonable condition and at your own expense.
Please obtain a Proof of Posting from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If you believe you have received the wrong item or size, please double-check the full listing description. If the incorrect item was ordered by mistake, we can arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability), but additional postage charges will apply.
To request a return or exchange, please submit the request using the eBay Resolution Centre or send us a message. Our returns address will be provided.
Refunds
Although shipping may appear as "free", the cost is included within the total price.
Therefore, refunds made within the 30-day period will be minus the original shipping cost.
