This H7 kit also offers two bulb types:

H7: Normal H7 bulbs with a metal base, designed for projector-style headlights (if you look into your headlight and the bulb is hidden behind a lens/magnifier, this is the correct type).

H7R: Features a blackout sticker on the bulb to reduce glare—ideal for non-projector headlights (when the bulb is visible directly through the headlight).
